This Tarter 18 ft. long 6 Bar Economy Gate is the perfect tube economy gate for access between pastures and entry ways. This 18 ft. economy gate stands 50 in. high with three vertical Z braces and continuous-welded saddle joints. For strength, the 6-bar economy gate is constructed of 1-3/4 in. high tensile strength tubing and has a durable, corrosion resistant powder-coat finish for superior longevity. Please note the blue economy gate is recommended for light confinement only.Please note all gates are 3 in. shorter than listed length to allow for gate hardware and proper clearance

- A: Can't speak for other options, but this gate does not have the wire mesh. We got the 18' in blue because we have dogs (puppies at that). The tubes are spaced in a way that once grown, the dogs won't get through. We easily added sections of our extra no-climb field fence to length between the bottom and 2nd tube (could go up bottom two sections ideally) and used tie wraps to neatly connect. Neighbors thought the gate came with the wire already, so it certainly looks good. Puppies can't get through either.5 years agoHelpful?

Horrible customer service.

This gate was ordered over a month ago and we never received it. I got an email weeks ago that said it had shipped. It refers to a tracking number, but doesn't tell you what shipper it is and doesn't provide a link. To make matters worse, customer service has no idea what the status is. Apparently, they don't have the apparatus or the knowledge to figure out how to track it down. All we are told is, "I don't know. You'll have to wait for an e-mail shipping update." You would think that they would have re-ordered it long ago, but nope.

There were a few dents and rust on the gate, but I am still satisfied with the product. I counted 5 dents and several areas that had rust. We plan on painting the gate and will be able to hide the rust. Delivery was quick and the driver was very helpful.
