This Tarter 20 ft. 6 Bar Economy Gate Blue is the perfect tube economy gate for access between pastures and entry ways. This 20 ft. economy gate stands 50 in. high with four vertical Z braces and continuous-welded saddle joints. For strength, the 6-bar economy gate is constructed of 1-3/4 in. high tensile strength tubing and has a durable, corrosion resistant powder-coat finish for superior longevity. Please note the blue economy gate is recommended for light confinement only.Please note all gates are 3 in. shorter than listed length to allow for gate hardware and proper clearance

- A: Hi Fred, Thanks for your question. Here is what I received back from our vendor- "Our 18’ and 20’ gates have to ship on our trucks due to common carrier damage. We do not service the 11 westernmost states at the moment. Behlen does for TSC. We are located in Ky. We tried to ship these gates LTL but carriers simply damaged more often than not. Communication poor and product damaged.

Very poor communication with store. Physically went to location after multiple attempts to verify gate had been delivered and was told it wasn’t there yet. Then after dropping off flatbed trailer down south after a wasted trip that was to be used to transport 20ft gate I get a call that the trailer was indeed there and had been delivered the day before but never checked in. Today I go back and asked for the gate and they told me to pull around to the back and then proceeded to forget about me not once but twice waiting outside. I walked in the 3rd time and asked why still no one was there and they started bickering between them whose fault it was. No sorry, no apology. Just me sitting outside in 90+ degree Florida heat waiting to get my bent / damaged gate. Thanks for everything.

I’ve never had a worse experience trying to get gates. Had nothing but trouble. Cancelled orders, no communication at all. Had to call repeatedly just to find out they were cancelled by Tractor Supply.

If you order a 20' gate, expect a 19'7" gate, other than that it is what it should be.
