Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works like magic I had heard about this tool from a fellow farmer that had to move T-posts to rotate pasture and since I had experience in the past with how HARD it is to jiggle these T-posts loose and then by shear determination pull them straight up, I was ready to try this tool. I am not sorry I bought it. Although I've only had to use it twice in 1 year, it was like pulling a straw out of pudding. It uses physics to balance the force of your pushing down on the lever and extracting the T-post straight up, no bends in the spade part, and I never broke a sweat getting 7 T-posts out of dried clay in less than 5 minutes. Just buy it.

A brief description, please, of how it works and how you work it...thank you

Asked by: Tapabill
1) The post puller is completely assembled and ready to use. 2) Set the post puller upright with the handle approximately waist high. 3) Position the T-post lock around one of the post studs. 4) Push the handle down to loosen the post. 5) Move the handle back to waist height and fit theT-post lock around a stud. 6) Push down on the handle. The post should come out of the ground. If it does not, repeat step 5. Note: Hook can be used with 1/4” chain to extract wood and other non “T” type posts.
