    Extremely poor product construction

    a month ago
    It took nearly 2 hours to get the spring end in place due to very tight working space. To complete the replacement, only had to slip a s-shaped piece of metal into a slot. I was shocked when the metal easily snapped apart, ruining the job. How could the manufacturer choose such a fragile piece of metal for a key part of the cable? I am beyond livid. I WANT A REPLACEMENT
