Q: What happens if this is injected instead of intranasaly .
8 months ago- A: Hi Neighbor If a Spectra Canine Spectra KC 3 intranasal vaccine is injected instead of given intranasally, your dog could experience local reactions at the injection site, such as pain, swelling, or an abscess. There is also a risk of systemic issues, including liver damage (hepatotoxicity) or a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis). While some dogs may have no issues, it's essential to monitor your dog closely for any signs of illness and consult a veterinarian immediately to determine the best course of action, which might include antibiotics or a repeat vaccine.8 months agoHelpful?
