The Spectra Canine 9 Vaccine for Dogs with Syringe is a smart choice for canine vaccinations, providing 9-way protection. The dog or puppy shots are for subcutaneous vaccinations of healthy dogs 6 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, canine adenovirus type 2 (CAV-2), canine parainfluenza, canine parvovirus type 2b, leptospira canicola, leptospira grippotyphosa, leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae and leptospira pomona. To use the dog vaccine, simply open the syringe by twisting or tapping the cap against a hard surface to break the heat weld.

  • For dogs 6 weeks of age or older, allowing use as puppy shots
  • Meets or exceeds USDA standards
  • Contains type 2B parvovirus for rapid immunity and cross protection against all recognized field strains
  • Parvo fraction is high titration, low passage; high vaccine titers help overcome low-level maternal antibody interference in puppies
  • Easy, do-it-yourself canine vaccinations yield huge savings, especially for multiple dog owners, breeders and shelters
  • Designed as the economical dog vaccine option
  • Dosage is 1 mL of injected subcutaneously; open syringe by twisting or tapping the cap against a hard surface to break the heat weld; prepare the vaccine by injecting the diluent into the vial containing the desiccated vaccine cake; shake well
  • Important Note: Before injecting the vaccine, pull back slightly on the syringe plunger; if blood enters the syringe freely, choose another injection site; a recommended vaccination schedule should start at or about 6 weeks of age

Easy to administer-spectrum

I recently bought this product online and picked up at Tractor supply and took it home and put it on a shelf for a few days. Since it was my first use I had no clue it needed to be refrigerated until I read the label. So…back to the store I went to get a new dose, this time kept refrigerated. I found a super easy guide on how to administer from Spectrum on u-tube. This was so easy to do. My vet charged me 3x what I paid for this product, so I will definitely be doing it again!
