Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product We bought these to update our puppy's shots. The dose was easy to mix. I was disappointed in the needles. They seemed dull and both puppies cried with pain. I hope this was a fluke.

I just adopted an eight week old puppy. He has never had any shots. Would this be the right one to start him on?

Asked by: WonderCate
We would advise that you wait until they are at least 9 weeks old before starting them on Spectra 10. After their first vaccination at 9 weeks old, vaccinate again every 3 weeks (at the 12, 15, and 18 weeks old marks), and after that they will only need Spectra 10 annually.

My dogs have been previously vaccinated every year by a licensed veterinarian. Will I still need to give the second dose of Spectra 10 booster?

Asked by: TLL1
After 18 weeks, this shot should only be given as an annual booster.

We just rescued a Chihuahua,Yorker, terrier mix we believe is 2 years old. We have no idea if he has ever been vaccinated. What should we use to get him protected.

Asked by: Usmchmx1
Please use the 10 way, then follow up in 3 weeks with another 10 way as a booster. Then yearly. We would also recommend a Kennel Jec, 1 per year.

My 10 week old puppy has already been five the Spectra 5 shot and next week he is due for his Spectra 10 shot. I have a two part question. After he receives his shot next week, when will he be due for his next Spectra 10 shot and when can get Rabies shot?

Asked by: Hillstock5
The spectra 10 needs to be given 4 total times, 3 weeks apart, then yearly. Rabies has to be administered by a Veterinarian.
