Long, strong straps work as staps do!

These are a descent value and work as straps normally do. The hooks at each end are fastened wilth a sewn loop in the strap, as shown. The straps would be more useful with a way to connect a different hook or grip in the loop but it is too small so no room to add anything. The shape of the hooks are o.k. for hooking or even going around something and hooking back onto the strap, but not for hooking two straps together. They slip off unless under load. if a hook from the second strap could hook through the sewn loop in the first strap that would improve functionality. Better still would be hooks with a keeper to secure them to a loop or another chain, etc.
