great product did its job

i bought this to stretch a chain link fence 2 (100ft) and 2 (75ft) it did is job just fine... the only thing i did wish it had a longer cable but i had some chain to take care of that it gives us like 5ft of cable easy to use and sturdy the handle cover does come off easily but i put some shop glue and work just fine so i would loose it...

For the money I thought I would give it a try, but just remember you get want you pay for. Very Cheap quality. The first time I used it the release ratchet bent, the gear foot would not always catch. Now I will say that it did pull some small trees out, where I was clearing for a shed, so I will give it credit there, but if I hadn't used it already, I would return it and spend the extra money on the Tuf-Tug, made in the USA.

No way is this cable 6 ft!

No way is this cable 6 ft! I’m glad I bought some extra straps. I also had a hard time releasing the cable. But once I got it released I was able to work with it. My advice is to get one with a longer cable. There’s only around 4 1/2, 5 feet on the one I have!

DO NOT BUY!

Save yourself a lot of headaches and skip this brand. It takes a mechanical engineering degree to release it. I’ve never been so frustrated with a flawed tool to this degree.
