With this 3-in-1 solution, get up to a 50% thicker lawn with just one application (subject to proper care)! Thick'R Lawn contains soil improver for enhanced root development, seed to fill gaps with new grass and fertilizer to feed new grass and thicken and green existing turf. This product is intended for use on an entire lawn and can be applied easily with a Scotts spreader. Results may vary based on current condition of lawn. The grass seed requires full sun and part shade to grow.

Easy All-in-One Lawn Repair Solution.

I’ve used Stotts Turf Builder and overall it’s a solid all-in-one solution if your goal is to thicken and repair a thin lawn. It’s very convenient because it combines seed, fertilizer, and soil improver in one product, so you don’t need multiple steps or separate products. After application and consistent watering, I did notice gradual improvement in bare and thin areas, and the lawn started to look fuller and greener over time. The results aren’t instant - it definitely requires patience, regular watering, and the right condition for germination, but overall it helped improve density noticeably.

This product is very effective. The texture of the seeds and fertilizer has very nice consistency. The assembly is very good and great and fantastic. Very suitable for any grass type.

The Scotts Turf Builder Thick’r Lawn Sun and Shade works amazing. I just laid some of it down a few days ago and it’s already doing its job. The design and packaging is nice as well.

This was just ok, it did not work on the whole lawn just in certain spots even though we applied it the same and followed the directions. I’m not sure why it didn’t work for us.
