I have several of these and as others have mentioned I am very disappointed they do not make replacement blades. it is beyond wasteful given how quickly the cutting blade dulls. they are intending on you buying an entire new product rather than a simple blade, it is not acceptable. I will not be purchasing more of these dispensers but will buy a larger commercial unit from a more environmentally conscious company that makes replacement blades.

Great dispenser, heavy weight but... when it gets dull, there is no blade replacement.

Great tape dispenser! It’s not too big but it’s heavy enough to work one-handed. The problem is, the blades get out of alignment or worn out over time, and you can’t replace them. I’d like to fix something this minor instead of throwing the whole dispenser into a landfill and buying another one so it’s disappointing 3M doesn’t support that.

I’ve used these for years and see them all over the place in schools as the classic tape dispenser. I was SHOCKED to find out there are no replacement blades. I know they are cheap but this is so wasteful! Scotch should be embarrassed at how environmentally unfriendly these products are. In fact, I’d be willing to pay as much for a blade as I did the product knowing I was not wasting an entire dispenser every time I need a new blade. Won’t be purchasing any more of these. I’ll encourage my school district to do the same.
