Stressful assembly but top notch results.

Take lots of deep breaths and frequent breaks. This doggone thing comes completely disassembled. Also be careful with the diamond cutout shelf panels. It doesn’t take more than a couple pounds of pressure to put a bend in them. With all that being said, you’re not likely to find a better combo grill/smoker for the money. Same dough on the grill so I can splurge on the meats.

Make sure you give your self time when ordered

Don't believe the date range it gives you that it'll be delivered they got through FedEx. FedEx is terrible. I got it five days after my original date of delivery and I was told by tractor supply there's nothing they can do about it because it's the carrier. Well that's a lie because they could switch carriers.

We needed a Charcoal Grill with Smoker for a Last Minute gift...You had it the Best price and in stock...so, we were happy. The box had NO damage or dents...But as we unpacked everything to assemble it...the lower shelf was dented. TOO LATE to get another one before Christmas, we went ahead and assembled it and gave it....Grill seems to be okay other than that.
