Amazing super easy to set up! We used this all weekend, and worked amazing! Haven’t tried out the barrel but can’t wait to see how it cooks, looking to get my parents one for their anniversary!

I’ve been really impressed with the Royal Gourmet 24-Inch Barrel Charcoal Grill with Offset Smoker. For the price, it offers a great combination of grilling and smoking, which makes it perfect if you want versatility without spending a fortune. The cooking space is generous—plenty of room to cook for a family or small gathering. The offset smoker works well for adding that classic smoky flavor, especially for meats like ribs, chicken, and brisket. Once you get the hang of managing the airflow and charcoal, it holds temperature fairly consistently. Build quality is decent for the price point. It’s not ultra heavy-duty, but it feels sturdy enough for regular use. Assembly took a bit of time, but the instructions were clear enough to follow. I also like the adjustable charcoal pan, which makes it easier to control heat while grilling. A couple of minor downsides: it can go through charcoal a little faster than expected, and sealing around the lid isn’t perfect, so some smoke may escape. But with a few small tweaks (like adding gasket tape), it performs even better.

I use it for cooking outside. The grill is big and strong. It is good for family BBQ and parties. It takes some time to put together, but instructions are okay. After setup, it works very well. You can grill and also smoke meat. The food tastes very good and has nice smoky flavor. The temperature is easy to control if you learn a little. There is enough space for meat and vegetables. Cleaning is not very hard.

The price for the grill is not bad but the build quality is terrible. It not sturdy at all and wobbles even though all the screws are tight. It also took a while to put together.
