Primarily got the Weber for an easy smoker. I don’t have all the attachments or a temp probe…but a bit of patience and some know how, this grill smokes chicken, fish, ribs, pork butt , etc. I’m gearing up for a brisket…I’ll let ya know how it goes. No complaints. Great grill/ smoker for the money.. probably am gonna upgrade my grill to the sides that open, so I can feed it charcoal and wood on long smokes.
