- Tasty Smoke Flavors: The offset smoker is firmly attached to grill to ensure good circulation of heat and smoke. Easy to open side door to add charcoal and remove ashes; air vent stokes fire instantly.

I bought this yesterday on sale and it seemed nice. However when my son took it out of the box to assemble it, it was missing over 14 items. We called customer service at Royal gourmet and I could not understand the representative. My son got nowhere either. She said TSC was not an authorized seller. We tried explaining that we saw it online. She got upset because my son raised his voice. Worst customer service ever . TSC said to bring it back and they would take care of it.
