Great grill

I bought this grill as a wedding gift for a friend. They absolutely love it. It fit 6 nice sized porterhouse steaks on it and still had room. The cooking grates are cast iron so you must treat them like you would a cast iron pan to avoid rust. My only issue with the grill is i think the legs and wheel assemblies could have been made more sturdy. Directions on putting it together arent crystal clear, but if you have some intelligence and problem solving skills, it goes together easily. Im considering getting the hybrid model for myself (half propane half charcoal).

Bought awhile back, finally got it put together and put it behind my house...went to put charcoal in it and it already has rust stains and spots.

Shipping damage

Took delivery of a damaged box. Should have returned it but took a chance. Dented and and chipped hood. Warmimg rack was bent. I used vice grips to bend it back. Charcoal grate was bent. Used vice grips to fix. Legs were scratched. In the end it is just a grill not a new car. Recommend if box looks pretty bad, return it.

Not only the grill is wonderful and well built but you can be assured of excellent customer service, Duwayne is absolute best manager with this company in Siler City. I ordered from the company by mistake when I should have ordered from the store, the grill came unassembled and Duwayne came and exchanged the grill with the assembled one. He is why I shop with full confidence at Siler City Tractor Supply
