I hope to revise this with a good review eventually, but for now….nit so much. My griddle showed up with MULTIPLE parts very badly damaged. I had such high hopes.

Griddle is great! Not happy with UPS. Couple of dents in the body and a couple scratches on the griddle top. Tractor Supply was awesome fast, super friendly service.

When I opened box side of grease ring was completely dented in. Called tractor supply but said I would have to do a return and didn’t want to try and take all unpacked mess back. Asked if they could get the part and they didn’t know would have to talk to manager. Then I noticed a paper in box that said don’t return to retailer for broken or missing parts to contact cuisinart so I did and they are sending me a new replacement grease ring no problem. Would have given five stars but for dent. I have done smash burgers (yum), stir fry ( best I’ve ever had), pancakes, eggs and bacon (great) and quesadillas (perfect). So much you can do on it! Love more than my grill. Happy I bought and love that it’s not so big but big enough.

The Cuisinart 360 XL Griddle Outdoor Cooking Station is awesome! Perfect for cooking large amounts at the same time. Setup was easy. We had a large get together for a breakfast and this griddle was a life saver! Thanks to the 3 independent temperature controls we were able to cook eggs, bacon and pancakes at the same time. No longer have to serve cold portions! Yay! Can’t wait to try the baking feature! We will not have to run the oven this summer! Cleanup was a breeze thanks to the grease pan that funnels the grease to the removable grease cup. Overall the 360 XL Griddle Outdoor Cooking Station is a dream.
