Cubes are good quality, have used in the past with no issue.. Was doing my yearly price search/compare when I saw the subscription w/5% discount. Plus free delivery. I saw 1 review with issue due to FedEx, but decided to give it a shot. Looked like one of those to good to be true offers? But, maybe not... In my case, local store employee in a Tractor Supply 1-ton Dually Pickup-truck.. He happened to be out on a Sunday doing a Store to Store transfer I think, called and asked if I was home, he was driving by house on the way. First delivery was flawless to be honest. UPDATE: 2nd Order, I am a little less happy. I moved the due date up by 1 day. then noticed that price went up by 5%. So i sent a question to customer support, did moving the due date jack up the price? After 5 day, no reply.. I have sent 2 requests asking what caused my price to go up? My guess, it looks like they increased the price on the webpage, no warning, no message that the price has increased do you still want this? It does not seem to be related to me moving the order up a day, but until they reply i really don't know for sure.. The 3rd order is finalized in 3 days, you get no details on what it will cost until the order is finalized. Based on what I see on the site, there will be a 2nd 5% price increase on this weeks order? Will know for sure in 3 day, and I will update the review then.. If true in the span of 3 weeks the price will have jumped by 10%, wiping out the subscribe and save discount and the order 20 bags and get a 5% discount. I will be updating. Not sure I would call this bait and switch yet, but this really does not look good.. Update 3: As i suspected 3rd order has increased again so 3 orders, 3 different prices, now I am at 10% higher than the first order.. They never did reply to my on-line request for an explanation, and so far I have been sitting on hold for 30 minutes waiting for an explanation?.. Update 4: After about 45 min, i think? The young lady agreed this was odd, and has reached out to an internal team for an explanation, she will call me back as soon as she gets an update..
