Use the Producer's Pride 250W Red Heat Bulbs to heat your animal habitat. These brooder bulbs are compatible with the Producer's Pride Brooder Lamp (sold separately) and create ample infrared heat to foster a safe and comfortable environment. The red heat bulbs are made with a brass base to minimize corrosion and extend their lifespan.

  • 1,100K color temperature with 0.35 lumen/watt output
  • 120V E26 250W infrared heat bulbs
  • Average bulb life: 5,000 hours
  • Compatible with Producer's Pride Brooder Lamp
  • Ideal light bulbs for heating animal habitats

DANGER! Faulty soldering. Our bulb burst into flames over our chicks heads. Lighted the lamp on fire too. Lucky we were present to save everyone. Currently reaching out to TSC corporate and UL to get them pulled.

I bought a 2 Pack just over a month ago. At first was only using it about 8-10 hours per day. When it got below zero we switched to on constantly. The 1st bulb burned out already. I thought that was really soon to only be good for just over a month. I asked other people and they said their bulbs are still being used from 2 years ago. We'll see how long the 2nd bulb lasts.

No, I do not recommend this product.
