This fence sucks

So initially it worked good the first few days after I set it up. I was very satisfied. First time that one of the collars battery went dead and I charged it, the collar started going off inside the boundary. I have reset the collar twice and it still doesn't correct the issues. Like it will fix the first collar but it's like boom a second collar does the same thing. Unfortunately I'm probably going to go back to my old PetSafe wireless fence I was using because I never had any issues with it.

I’ve spent hours trying to connect to the Internet. I’m gonna give it one more shot after I return it for a new system. If that doesn’t work I probably won’t use this product.

More times than not it doesn’t work…I just can never get enough “service” for WiFi/gps. I’m not sure which it runs off of but the app and website isn’t very helpful.
