I hope this reaches the appropriate team. The product is great, the inventory is terrible. I live in Mandeville, LA and regularly shop at your Covington and Slidell locations. I consistently purchase Nutrena NatureWise All Flock Pelleted Poultry Feed (40 lb, Item #1257674). Over the past few months, both locations have frequently been out of stock, not only of this specific feed, but other poultry feed options as well. At the same time, your website often shows the product as available, which has led to multiple wasted trips. I’ve also had to call stores and ask employees to physically check inventory, which takes them away from their responsibilities and still creates uncertainty. I switched from a local feed & seed store to Tractor Supply because your pricing is better and the product works well for my flock. However, the ongoing inventory inaccuracies and lack of availability are becoming a consistent issue. Please address the disconnect between online inventory and in-store stock, as well as the recurring out-of-stock situation. I would prefer to continue shopping with you, but if this isn’t resolved, I’ll need to move to a more reliable option, even at a higher cost.
