ADS Snap Tee is recommended for storm drainage. The 6 in. polyethylene tee coupling is designed to join a 6 in. single-wall corrugated polyethylene drainage pipe. The ADS installs quickly, because there is no need to bevel the pipe edge when making the joint. HDPE is less brittle than PVC, particularly in cooler temperatures, so the snap tee can survive the impact of rocks in the backfill and the rigors of cold weather handling.
