Q: Can it be used near pressure washing work. Is a possible mist going to damage it?

Q: Why did it only work a few hours? Light comes on when turned off. Nothing happens when turned on.
a year ago- A: Hi Jenny, When the heater is turned off, or when the thermostat cycles the heat off, the light should go out as well. If the light is on all the time and the heat is not running, it sounds like the overheat safety device has been activated. If you unplug the unit, wait 10 minutes, turn it on and it works again, then that is the issue. Please make sure there is at least 3 feet of open space around all sides of the heater, you don’t have it plugged into an undersized extension cord, and that it is being used as intended - to warm a living space. If after 10 minutes the heater still does not come on, please contact our Customer Care Center at 800-779-3267.a year agoHelpful?
Q: Can you run this heater with 800w, max 1600 inverter?
a year ago- A: Thanks for asking. We would not recommend using an 800 inverter. The MH-222A-120 MASTER Workbench Heater operates at a wattage of 1,500 watts. You need to select an inverter with a continuous output, not a peak output, of at least 1500W. It is commonplace to size an inverter to 20% higher than the heater’s wattage for safe usage.a year agoHelpful?
