Easy to install and you just set the timer and the chicks go in and out easily

At first it worked fine, after 1.5 months it doesn't always open at the time set. We have it set to T-T or time open and time close. 6am for open, however it goes through spurts of not opening. We have to go into the run ans hitnthe ok button and instantly it opens. So on vacation we had to ask a neighbor to come by at 7am everyday to check if it opened. Batteries are at 87% (if you believe the panel). Very poor product.

Trouble

Could not get it to work. Would not let me return it I set it up with fresh batteries and installed with a level according to instructions. Could not get it to open or close manually or with timer.

This door was ok for awhile. I think I paid under $50 for it though. I wouldn't pay what they are asking now. Guess I'll try something else this round
