Poor design and customer service

I have 2 main big complaints. Due to my coop size we needed horizontal install as pictured. This has been a nightmare as coop bedding gets in the track and requires daily maintenance to keep it working. Customer support is from China and almost useless. You can only communicate via email. When attempting to use chat it was not available either. I had to email several times to get the installation guide to try to problem solve this for myself. The advice I got when I reported the problem with the track getting clogged up I was told to install vertically which I can’t do as the coop will not accommodate vertical install. I suggested they not advertise a horizontal install since the problem with the track is known and apparently not solvable ! Terrible customer service and poor design for a horizontal install. I am on the hunt for a different door so 3 stars is probably generous!

About half the time it only opens half way so the chickens can't get out thus requiring a daily check if it's open. I might as well use my old manual pop door.
