Majic Tractor, Truck & Implement Enamel, AC Orange, Spray is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great finish once dried!!!! I bought an older Allis Chalmers tractor which had been repainted recently. Prep wasn't very good as it was painted over rust, bugs and even bird droppings. Still Tractor looks decent from 100 feet away. I also bought several used implements of different brands and wanted to match the implement collars with the tractor color so I bought a few cans of the AC Orange. I wasn't sure about this product at first as it seemed it wasn't going to dry, but it dried very hard after a couple days with a good shine. Implements look great for the age they are. Some had rust pitting, I didn't take great caution to totally remove all the rust, but even after a year with some being left out in the weather no rust has popped out of the paint yet. I'm sure it will eventually, but I'm more then pleased with the results. If any pops out I can retouch it. My next project will be repainting my utility trailer. I have used another popular rust preventive paint on the trailer in the past with decent results, but I think this stuff will be better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best rattle can paint ever! A C Orange is a great match for Husqvarna. This GTH 225 had badly faded paint. Now it looks excellent. Takes longer than expected to dry but the results are worth the wait. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great finish and durability! I used this paint on a 11 year old Simplicity mower. The color did not match perfectly to the Simplicity orange, but I was fine with that, and it was my closest alternative. The paint goes on thicker than an enamel spray paint, so you have to get used to it. I was not aware, in the beginning, of how long it would take to dry and was surprised when it wasn't dry after a couple hours. I used it enough though to realize this is the nature of oil based paints and the trade out for drying time is the durability of the paint. It is much more thick and heavy duty and doesn't scratch at the littlest touch. The finish is astonishing for a rattle can and in the end I was very happy with this product and will use it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No runs or drips I have never painted any vehicle before. I pulled the Allis Chalmers Model C radiator cowling and engine hood for wire/sanding prep. I then sprayed several very thin coats of this paint and let it dry. My work schedule made the dry time take almost three days but the end result is just absolute perfection. This was my Grandfathers tractor that I have been searching for just over 42 years. He would be very proud to see the Allis looking even better than when it was new. This paint has absolute wonderful results.

How close is this to Husqvarna orange?

Asked by: Dante314
Per the manufacturer, although AC Orange is not an exact match to Husqvarna Orange, they have often seen it substituted for Husq Orange. They believe AC Orange is a little darker, and shades a little towards red (in comparison). They recommend applying a small test patch, to a discreet area, before committing to the entire project.
