Easy to operate - excellent design - have not bogged it down yet. Makes usable mulch and is easy to point into wheelbarrow or you can shoot it directly into a pile. Starts on first or second pull every time. Make sure to use either fuel that has stabilizer or get some stabilizer to add to the gas from the pump.
This is a MUCH better design than the harbor freight chipper.

This is a good machine for the money. Wheels/ tires need improvement. One of ours bent within the first couple of moves on flat grassy lawn.

Great but it was missing parts

Works great but was missing parts. Told I was to bring the item back, which for this type of product is not easy. Ended up being what I needed at hardware stores.
