Designed for extreme safety and stability, the Tamarack has a stable flat bottom with deep tracking channels and stability chine rails. The kayak is constructed of blow-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) making it durable, UV-protected, and impact resistant. The lightweight, 50 pound design and front and rear carry handles make it easy to transport to and from the waterfront. With a storage hatch, paddlekeeper, and multiple footrest positions, this kayak has plenty of extras to enhance your paddling experience.5 year limited warranty

Bought two, love them! The seats detach so you can lay back and sunbathe. Large cavity inside to safely store stuff. My 56lb dog comes with me and he doesn't tip us (no matter how hard he tries).

Kayak was delivered very quickly which surprised me due to coronavirus impacts on supply chains. Took the kayak out with a group of three other relatives. The kayak is stable but very slow compared to other types with more of a vee shaped hull. I could not keep up with the group. This was our first kayak purchase so we were not very knowledgeable about them. Returned the kayak to Tractor Supply the next week and TS provided a complete refund. Fantastic service. My opinion is that this kayak is for beginners and young children.

Front of it keeps separating at the seem. Have 2 sun dolphins that havw lasted 7 that have been threw it all and still have yet to split had this one less then 3 months

Great, first kayak to learn and grow with! Paddles, easy it's very stable and tracks straight, it's comfortable for a couple of hours but I've plan on installing a more comfortable seat so I can be out for longer but I knew what I was getting into when I bought it
