Given wrong size, and “new” kayak was damaged.

Ordered the 9ft kayak. Tractor Supply sold me the 10ft kayak. (They did not measure at store). They only had one. And it was damaged. Scratched on the sides, but more importantly worn through 2 layers of the underneath at multiple spots. I asked for discount since the “new” kayak appeared used. At first manager said he would give a 10% discount. Then he radioed staff (not appearing in person as earlier) and said he would not lower price for cosmetic scratches. Once again, multiple layers of bottom of kayak were worn through.

Kayaks are good quality and have good balance but have terrible seats other than the seats its a very good kayak for rough and calm water obviously not super rough but it will easily handle a windy day
