Still waiting for replacement machine.

Unfortunately the machine has a problem, water leaks from the base of the water tank. I've spoken to KitchenAid and they said it will be replaced, still waiting to hear back on when the new machine will be despatched. Apparently there should have been an O ring on the pipe section that inserts into the base of the machine.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Horrible grinder

Brand new - been trying to use the machine for a couple of weeks and the burr grinder won’t get fine enough to pull the shot correctly. I had very high hopes for this machine:(

I purchased this on the 12th March 2026, it has still not arrives. No response to 4 emails sent. Very unhappy, wish I had not paid for it.

Disappointed

Had this almost a year and really had nothing but problems. Coffee beans flying everywhere, water leaking every time you use it, inconsistent shots. Now the shot doesn’t even pull and just burns up. I had scrubbed the strainer in each port, ran a descale no less than 15 times and still nothing. Super disappointed.
