Broke after 4 months no repairers outside of Sydne

Bought this machine, lasted for 4 months before it would intermittently not heat. Lodged a warranty claim, they expected me to freight it to Sydney for repairs, with a disclaimer that if it’s not packaged “properly” they wouldn’t be held responsible…and I quote “ I hope The Good Guys are able to provide you with a suitable resolution.”

No, I do not recommend this product.

I’ve had a look into this for you, and I can see that our Customer Service team organised pre‑paid StarTrack return labels so we could have your unit collected from your home, assessed, and repaired under warranty. However, the work order wasn’t able to progress any further as the unit has not been sent in. This machine is great for those who are new at brewing espresso and wanting to experiment with different brewing options. The machine is beautiful and durable, it’s easy to product the perfect amount of espresso, you don’t have to wait long for your beverage to brew and it’s easy clean and purge.
