Great until it breaks

I bought this 2 months ago via Whirlpool Inside Pass. The machine was great until yesterday when an erorr appeared regarding the water tank. The machine thinks that the water tank is empty and will not dispense drinks until the error is cleared. I have maintained the unit exactly according to the prompts/recommendations so I don't understand how this has happened in such a short period of time. I have tried calling customer service with no success. Seems like a new unit is already needed which is a shame given the price point.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The coffee machine of dreams

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine is amazing so easy to use, prompts when water needs filling or trays need emptying.
You can adjust the way your coffee is made and whether you prefer milk or coffee first.
We wasted money on another brand that was held at a high standard but the coffee was never nice from day one.
Kitchenaid has opened our our to barista coffee made at home

I am not going to lie. This is one of the best things I have ever bought for myself. I am obsessed with this machine. It has all of the features I was looking for. It makes customizable cups of coffee under the profile you create. It also self cleans after every use. I haven’t had this good of coffee since I live in Europe. I could not be more happy and it changes the coffee game.
