I bought this around Thanksgiving and so far we love it. It is a little loud but it's a grinder and brewer and makes great drinks. So far we haven't had any problems and it's easy to use!

I bought this about four months ago and it has been in nearly daily use since. It's very easy to make drinks and maintain the machine. I'm very happy with the flat whites in particular

This machine makes excellent coffee. It’s also built to last. All the components are heavy duty and the body is stainless steel. I gave it 4 stars because the milk frother could do a better job but the drinks are excellent and it’s very user friendly.
