Predator scent has long been known to trigger the fight or flight response in small animals of prey. The larger the predator, the larger the prey that can be intimidated by the scent. Coyote urine scent is particularly frightening to many animals and scares them off quickly. Place around the yard in areas where small to medium sized unwanted pests are an annoyance.
