I followed directions per video meticulously. When installing the adhesive disk the chip cracked further. When removing adhesive disk I know have 12” crack and need a windshield. Yes I used razor blade to remove. The adhesive is very aggressive. Wish I never used it.

Tube needs to be transparent so you can see how much resin you are putting into the pedestal and how much is left in the tube. OR provide a second, small tube for the second step of the process.

Bought the JB weld windshield repair kit for an awesome price of $3.79. picked up the order just before they closed. In the morning my husband went out to repair the windshield and found the package had been taped closed and the razor and curing strip were missing and the tube of resin was cut open and used with the cap replaced. Maybe that's why it was so cheap, lol, but at least give the customer a heads up. Total waste of time ordering and picking up. Do better TS! I ordered for pickup so your employee is the one that selected it and had it waiting for me. I would take the responsibility if I was the one that selected it and walked it up to the register and paid for it.

It did help reduce the visibility. Was not expecting a complete disappearance of the chip but for the money not bad
