A: The C38341-600-VS is a 1/2" ported combo that consists of a Piggyback filter/regulator and an airline Lubricator. A Manifold Block will fit between the Piggyback and the Lubricator. It will provide four (4) additional ports of filtered and regulated air before it goes through the Lubricators. To add a manifold block to the C38341-600-VS you will need the following: 104413-4-2 Manifold Block. This will have 1/2" ports between the Piggyback and Lubricator. It will have an additional four (4) ports for air distribution. These will have 3/8" threads. 104401 T-Bracket. This will secure the Manifold Block to the Lubricator. It will provide an air-tight seal and allow wall mounting.

There are times that we get shipments of components that may have issues. We take the feedback and compile data from our customers and tests we have run and then go back to our suppliers to ensure that the products we purchase meet or exceed our requirements. We have in the past had some motors that we found didn’t meet our expectations and we have made supplier changes and or put in higher quality control measures. If you feel you have an issue with a compressor motor please reach out to our technical team at 800-247-7378 and they will help evaluate the issue to determine the cause. Our motors are under warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase.

A: The max PSI on this unit is 150. Anything over that we would recommend contacting Ingersoll Rand technical support for further assistance. They may be reached at 800-483-4981.

A: Do not use a lubricator on any airline that will ever be used for painting. If this has been done, even after removing the lubricator, the lines could still be saturated with unwanted oil.
