Like the 75 feet hose great for my use. One complaint is not enough lock position, BUT WELL WORTH THE PRICE!

Air hose reel.

I bought the hose reel about two months ago. Now the reel won't retract all the way. It leaves about eight feet just hanging on the floor. It very rarely gets used. Home use only.Not satisfied at all.

The reel itself is great. It’s doing what it was designed for. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the first person I inquired to about physical stock at the store almost immediately told me “no we don’t have that.” I was fairly certain they did so I waited a minute and called back. The new manager answered and had the sense to put me on hold and ACTUALLY check. Surprise; it was on the shelf and they got a BOPIS sale. If I had listened to the first lazy individual, they would’ve lost the sale. Be persistent with the Pagosa store.
