Sharp edges on exposed surfaces

The way this is constructed, a textured metal sheet is wrapped around a piece of hardboard - the problem was the nature of how the product was manufactured. At the corners, this product features numerous cut/bent metal tabs wrapped around the board to follow the radius of the corner. These tabs feature sharp edges and was not something I wanted to install in my house in a highly trafficked area. A competing hardware chain had another brand that was manufactured with smooth/edge free corners - which is what I ended up going with. The return process was simple. Thanks Tractor Supply.

We ordered this and had it shipped to our local store. It came in damaged so we reordered another one and it also was damaged. This item needs to be better wrapped before shipping.

Good but flimsy

I am very happy with this product. It works very well. The only thing I don’t like is how flimsy it is. Be careful when trying to move it. Other than that, works good for what I need it for.
