Doesn’t work

Owned it for 3 years and max snow removal was 5”…its when I had to blow 10” that it broke. Pins are good, belts are in tact, yet augers won’t run.
Take this thing back…never again

Underpowered!

Bought this snowblower a month ago and on its first use it immediately bogged down to a point it nearly stalled when it hit six inches of snow! It was useless and had to put it back in the shed. I will admit the snow was a bit wet but I pulled out my old yardworks snowblower (357 cc) and it had it no issues whatsoever. The st 324 is obviously way underpowered. Total disappointment! It really deserves 0 out of 5 stars.

great machine, third heavy snowfall today

Machine took care of the heavy wet snow this am in Mpls 1/4/23. Light enough to be maneuverable but enough beef and power to chew through the city plow berm. I like the heated grips better than I expected
