Bought this snowblower a month ago and on its first use it immediately bogged down to a point it nearly stalled when it hit six inches of snow! It was useless and had to put it back in the shed. I will admit the snow was a bit wet but I pulled out my old yardworks snowblower (357 cc) and it had it no issues whatsoever. The st 324 is obviously way underpowered. Total disappointment! It really deserves 0 out of 5 stars.

Machine took care of the heavy wet snow this am in Mpls 1/4/23. Light enough to be maneuverable but enough beef and power to chew through the city plow berm. I like the heated grips better than I expected

I bought this model two weeks ago in Wyoming, I am very happy with the product, the ST 324 is strong, works well in deep snow, anyway, this is my two weeks experience, I was worried reading all the negative reviews but I am happy I made this choice.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it did help clear snow that I needed and it will get the job done. However, it is not worth the price point for some of the struggles to get through this machine. In heavy or compacted snow it will lose torque. If using slightly uphill the machine struggles. It will struggle to get through snow in reverse and will have to pull it around backwards. Friction disk drive is prone to slippage after about 1/2 hour to an hour. Fuel tank too small and will only last maybe 45 minutes to an hour. The discharge chute seems to be engineered with "bungie chords" and is a little sloppy. Even if your chute is pointed in the direction you want, the chute will change direction depending on what angle/grade you are clearing snow in.
