I actually do like it for keeping blowing snow off of you. Yes you may need to brush snow off fron time to time. Biggest downside is that my from plastic widow got cold frozen and cracked. It's now just ripping apart. Those panels are sewn in. I've only had it one year. They can't be replaced so you have to buy another cab.

Snow cabs work!

This is my second snow cab. I sold my old snow blower with the cab and bought a new snow blower. I cleared one light snow with the new blower and realized how much of a difference it made, so I went to TSC and got one for the new blower. They do make a difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually this cab was easy to install on the snow blower. The instructions are clear but you need a pretty open space to lay out the parts and assemble the cab. I recommend that you not tighten all the bolts until the cab is installed and ready for use. Tighten them all and you're ready to go. The cab provides great protection while using the blower. I'm 75 years old and no longer affected by wind or blow back. Makes the job a lot easier and enjoyable. Great price for a lot of protection.
