Online order.Roadie sent the wrong product to my house and went through online process to return product at store. They sent me the strongid product instead of this one. The store associates helped me as much as they could; however my return barcode wouldn’t scan and because I had the wrong product it created further issues. They store associates tried their best. However, instead of receiving a full refund to my credit card, I received $10 less than how much I made the purchase. I was told to call the customer solutions line to see if I could get the rest of amount back. Very disappointed in your return process. Created issues for store associates and me. Not what I was looking to do. Considering contacting the BBB.

It works, but what are they hiding?

I used this when my rabbits had parasites, it worked great, but I was not happy with the company's lack of transparency. There is no list of ingredients on the box and when I emailed the company, they refused to say what they put in it. Also, the ingredients are imported, just the finished product is done in the USA which is why they write made in the USA. On a side note, I also used it on molluscum together with salyclic acid and it helped it go away quick.
