Hoover's is the largest backyard hatchery in the US and here at TSC we've been selling their quality range of young chicks for years. They love their birds and are extremely passionate about the home they'll be moving into. That's why they have designed a coop that really focuses on poultry welfare. It features the optimum amount of space to be comfortable but still have great ventilation. There are ample roosting perches and the coop's made from hard recycled plastic that leaves nowhere for red mite or lice to penetrate. The design provides a high level of protection from pests and predators and is incredibly quick and easy to clean. The area under the coop provides spacious protection from all types of weather and is ideal as a dust bath or to keep food and water dispensers. It's also perfect for the chicken-keeper, as it requires no maintenance, ever and it's super durable. While the coop is designed for outdoor use and includes a weather-resistant plastic construction, we cannot guarantee that it is completely watertight under all weather conditions. Very modular and easy

The coop and run were fairly simple to assemble. After cleaning it a few times, I really like the modularity of removing the roof and walls to make cleaning much easier. The only weakness we have encountered is that some of the latches on the run are not exactly solid. Pay attention when you are assembling the door. Don't tighten tbe bolts all the way.

My husband and I are very impressed with this chicken coop. We went to the Tractor Supply in Saint Augustine off of US1 and the manager Kevin was extremely helpful! We wanted to get everything including chicks, a brooder, and a coop with a run. Kevin saw us looking at the coops they had on display when he recommended this coop to is because it is built to last 25 years and it weather proof, predator proof, and easy to clean. I am really happy with the quality of the structure, it's a sturdy plastic made from recycled plastic which is a plus, so it will be very easy to clean out with a hose and we don't have to worry about wood rot or insects. The run is also very sturdy and has tight edges so nothing can get in or out. The coop itself took my husband and I about 2 hours to build and then the run took about another 1.5 hours. It was not difficult to assemble, there's just lots of small clips used to attach all the walls together so that takes some time. We also used zip ties on the run to add extra stability and security. Overall this is a great product and I highly recommend it.
