    Good product, but TSC has terrible shipping.

    I have been using this product for quite awhile. It does help my mini horse’s IR numbers. It’s brought them down, but not quite within range. My Vet says I can use this since my mini likes it and add Insulin Wise. My complaint is ordering through TSC. They were extremely slow. When I ordered on a Thursday it said it would be delivered by Monday. So I ordered it. The tracking update changed next day after ordering. It sat at a facility in Florida for nearly 3 days, then started moving along in transit. It was 13 days before I got this product. I will NEVER order this again through TSC. Very upsetting. This caused my horse to go without his insulin product. Dangerous. I saw there are similar reviews for ordering this product b

    I never received it

    Product was shipped in my direction, almost got here, was held up for several days, and then was shipped back to the sender. All without anybody contacting me to try and fix the problem. I filed a claim to get my money back. That evidently takes 2-3 months. The sad thing was that I had a horse taking this supplement, and she was just starting to act better, and even though I ordered the replacement in plenty of time to not interrupt her treatment, all that happened, so I lost all the headway I had made. It was crushing. I recommend buying from the actual store, and not on-line.
