Harvest Bee hive box not stable

Love it but the bee hive box staples have pulled away making it not very stable. I’m not sure how or who to contact

it's ok but very cheap for how much you pay half the parts didn't fit together and had to make are own parts to make it work the tools are nice but the box itself is very poor quality would only use in a emergency situation

I thought I was buying a good kit but it's not that good, I purchased a couple of them but I will never buy again. Also the entrance reducer doesn't fit.
