Great service at store and delivery

Went to store to buy but it was out of stock. The store manager it could be ordered and available on the next scheduled delivery. Shipment arrived as promised, was notified right away and got our first beehive kit up and alive in perfect condition. Great attention to customer service.

Be careful when buying this product.

Well bought this kit after I caught a swam of bee’s and needed another hive. Very disappointed
when i got home and contents were missing. Got home and got the bee’s settled in
and got online at Harvey’s Lane to report the missing pieces and it’s now been 3 weeks
and no response from Harvest Lane. Even called them on 8/14 and was told by the
lady her computer was rebooting and that she would call me back. Never heard anything
back. I have never had an issue until now with Harvest Lane and I hope they will this
week call or email me with a response.

it's ok but very cheap for how much you pay half the parts didn't fit together and had to make are own parts to make it work the tools are nice but the box itself is very poor quality would only use in a emergency situation

Some of the pieces weren't fastened correctly, i had to restaple them. The box it came in was literally destroyed.
