Last summer I built a new home and the landscaping crew installed hydro seeding in the heat of summer which is the worst possible time. So last fall and this spring I used GroundWork’s Perennial Ryegrass to overseed my lawn and fill in bare patches. This see germinates quickly in just a little over a week. And comes in very dense and green. It feels like a nice thick, cool carpet under your feet. Just rough up your existing soil, spread the seed, and cover it lightly with peat moss. Just water daily and watch it grow! All my neighbors are super jealous compared to what their builder-grade lawns look like!
