Q: Why this product consists (in large part) of gravel and mulch? A few days of rain turned this "top soil" into sticks and stones - I am doubtful if claims on a bag would survive a legal challenge (clearly a false advertisement).

Paid to have delivery today and they charged me for it but only received part of my order with out notification. Be careful with TSC. Trying to cancel order and you make it VERY DIFFICULT TO DO ANY RETURNS

I used it for bulking up my raised beds, mixed with compost and mulched leaves. My tomato plants are thriving, so I would say it does a good job at more than just filling holes.
