Mulch like consistency

Seems more mulchy then soil. I used it on my potted fruit trees. Seems to be holding up well but not what i expected.

Couldn't ask for anything better

I've been using this top soil for all my new seedlings that are started in our home and then to Green House. Let me say we are very happy with it. Not only does it supply our fruits and vegetables with good nutrients that the need to boost their tender root systems ... but it doesn't dry out as fast as the more expensive brands do. Yet it doesn't hold so much moisture that it it causes root rot as some other brands do. Don't know how they do it but it seems to be the perfect blend. And to top it off its cheaper than most others. Living in Quitman Ga we fight with heat humidity and drought and yet this product has held up to all of the. The consistency of each bag is tops. Knowing that our 10th bag is as great as our 1st and so on. As we spread in the raised beds we like to run our fingers through it and it feels so sweet. All things I've mentioned plus the amount it covers is just not fold with other products. So we will continue to use this top soil in all of our gardening.

Used to be Top Soil, now mulch and garbage

First bought this about 7 years ago and it was great! Bought some almost 2 years ago and like recent 1-star reviews have said it's now mostly much not soil.
