A 1/3 HP, capacitor-start induction motor powers the 1" x 42" belt and 8" disc through any sanding chore and the cast-iron tilting tables give you the flexibility you demand.

Features single-knob tracking to get your belt back on track. The two dust ports easily connect to your dust collection system.

For a full range of replacement belts for the H8192, shop here. Replacement PSA sanding discs are available in a variety of grits.

Like all Grizzly combo sanders, the H8192 comes with a 1-year warranty which covers parts and assures the unit is free from factory defects.

The H8192 manual was written by our U.S.-based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. The complete and easy-to-read manual makes it easier to assemble and maintain your combo sander.

The Grizzly Customer Service and Technical Support Teams are also U.S.-based. Parts for the combo sander may be available online and shipped from the Grizzly parts warehouse in Springfield, MO.

      H8192 vs G1013 Grizzly Combination Sanders

      I'm comparing the H8192 combination sander to my old Grizzly G1013 combination sander, both are 42"x1" belt sander with an 8"-disc sander. I used the G1013 sander for many years until the 42"x1" shaft worn so badly the belt no longer tracked. On the plus side the H8192 has dust collection ports, the G1013 didn't. On the minus side the H8192 vibrates a lot more and is noisier. The H8192 42"x1"belt doesn't track as well as the G1013. I also had to tweak the 42"x1" support plate mounting hole so it was behind the belt. Overall, I believe the H8192 sander will do the job, but I have to watch the 42"x1" belt more closely to make sure it doesn't go off track and damage the belt.

      Assembly Awkward/Result Good

      Could be shipped completely assembled in about the same size box, but Grizzly saves money by shipping in several pieces. Hardware metric so I had to buy a wrench. To assemble and adjust several very hard to access nuts must be loosened. They are very hard to break loose, especially because of awkward locations. The process took several hours and I'm not unhandy. That said, it now works smoothly, effectively and is not too loud.

      Good with problems

      Item arrived without a belt and the upper wheel has a rusted screw and the wheel now is making noise. I just don't understand why I always have problems with Grizzly machines.

      From an outdated and erroneous assembly manual, to a vey finicky assembly procedure to a machine that vibrates horribly when running. . .just keep walking, don't stop here! I have an entire shop full of Grizzly machines, but this is the first I truly regret buying.
