a year ago- A: Hi LBaker. Thank you for your question. Yes, you can charge any Greenworks 60V battery in the any Greenworks 60V charger. Greenworks batteries are designed to be interchangeable between numerous products within the same voltage platform. Please be aware with larger amp hour batteries, they will have more weight, so be cautious of the new weight distribution when handling. We hope this helped!a year agoHelpful?
Q: would this work for the 40 volt greenworks battery...if not what do i use?
3 years ago- A: Hello carrie kasik - Our 40V battery cannot be used with an 24V units and vice versa. Greenworks manufactures a range of voltage platforms from 24V - 80V, each voltage platform has its own set of interchangeable tools and battery but are not interchangeable across different voltage platforms. Some of our Max batteries are part of the G-MAX family. Here are model numbers of the batteries in the Greenworks G-MAX40V line: 2968402ME; 2934102AZ; 2909202 / 2909202AZ; 29472 / 31104975 / 2908102; 2934002AZ ;2951602ME; 29462 / 29462AZ; 2933702AZ; 2901319; 2938402D; 2933802AZ; 2938402ME; 2938402.
