Their FAQ literally says if the charger is flashing red then it's a bad connection/ battery. AND if it's solid red it's bad connection/ battery. Well how the duck do you know if the battery is good then and charging?

To clarify, a blinking green light indicates the battery is charging normally, and a solid green light means the battery is fully charged. A solid red light does not indicate a battery or charger failure. It typically means the battery is too hot or too cold to charge and needs to return to room temperature. A blinking red light indicates a charging fault. In many cases, removing and reinserting the battery or resetting the charger resolves the issue. If the light continues to blink red after troubleshooting, there may be an issue with the battery or charger.

I bought my electric mini-bike a couple of years ago, and really love it. I was not sure it would be powerful enough (I'm overweight), but it proved to be plenty. I really enjoy getting out for a ride. Loud engines accelerating triggers a primal satisfaction, and I get it. But silent operation is cool, too.
