If this light is not igniting or is flashing red, this may indicate an issue, and we would be interested in hearing more about this. If the light simply goes solid red, try removing the battery and unplugging the charger for about 10 minutes and place them both indoors in a room temperature setting, as this might indicate the battery is at the incorrect temperature to be charged. 2) A poor connection can prevent the battery from charging. Ensure the battery is properly seated in the charger and that the contacts on both the charger and the battery are clean and free of debris. Sometimes this requires a firm to push into place to make sure that it has been properly seated. 3) If the battery works on the working side, but not the other side of the charger, the charger itself might be faulty. Consider using a different charger, if possible, to isolate the problem.
